Enquiry & spec
Tell us the configuration, your target quantity, destination country and delivery window. We reply within one business day with pricing, the spec sheet and the wording guide.
Step 2
Sample & approve
Samples ship separately from the MOQ. Approve the unit, the packaging and the wording before we schedule production.
Step 3
Production
Once artwork and the deposit are confirmed, production runs at roughly two weeks. We share progress photos if you want them.
Step 4
Freight & documents
We quote the shipping options we can actually serve for your destination and port, and send the commercial documents with the shipment.
What buyers usually ask
What is the minimum order?
50 units for the standard unit and the retail-ready kit. Consumables are supplied by the case. Samples can be ordered on their own, before you commit to a run.
How long does production take?
Approximately two weeks from the point where the artwork and deposit are confirmed. Larger runs and peak periods take longer — tell us your delivery window and we will say honestly whether we can hit it.
Can you ship door-to-door?
We price the shipping options we can genuinely serve for your destination and port. Give us the country, the city and the volume, and we will come back with the options and landed cost. We will not quote a route we have not shipped on.
Do you provide compliance paperwork?
Every order ships with a spec sheet and a compliant wording guide. That guide is a whitelist and blacklist: it lists the claims you may and may not make about the product. We do not supply or authorise unsupported body-removal, medical-outcome or certification claims, and we will not put our name to a listing that breaks that rule.
Can we private-label it?
Yes. Logo on the unit and packaging, retail-ready cartons and inserts, a multilingual manual and cards, and a custom array housing are all available as OEM or ODM. Send us your artwork or a reference and we will tell you what is realistic at your volume.
Do you sell direct to consumers as well?
Yes. Our own shop at somwyn.com runs on this same line, and the retail product is the same product you would buy at wholesale. That means the claims on our site and the claims on your listing come from the same evidence.
Can you supply ongoing consumables?
Yes. The replacement ion array and the mineral soak blend are designed to be reorderable, so a distributor can keep resupplying rather than selling a one-off unit. Tell us your expected monthly volume and we will price a schedule.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We quote these per order and in writing before you commit, together with the freight options and the documents you will receive. If a term is not workable for you, say so in the enquiry and we will tell you early rather than late.
