FAQ

How hard should I press?

Use firm touch rather than pressure. It should remain comfortable for the full 30–60 seconds.

When should I do it?

About 20–30 minutes before bed, or during a middle-of-the-night waking if that is part of your routine.

Is acupressure safe?

General wellness acupressure is gentle, but pregnancy, epilepsy, recent surgery, and some medical conditions require professional guidance.

This page describes a wellness routine, not a medical intervention, and makes no medical claim about insomnia or any disease.
